with your company’s name on it placed in conference room
for participants to see.
You may provide handout information for
participants and will also get special recognition in
the program materials.

Package B – Gold Sponsorship - Break
All benefits of Silver
sponsorship plus you will also get special recognition
in chapter/region newsletter & website, an announcement
before the break, and a sign with your company’s name on
it placed in the meal/food area.

Package C – Lunch Sponsorship
All benefits of Silver
sponsorship plus you are invited to make a short 3-5
minute presentation before sponsored lunch. and your
company’s brochures and handouts will be put in the gift
bags that every participant gets.

Credit Card or Paypal payment sponsorship form - must be submitted
by
Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
***Cancellation policy -
All
cancellations received in writing prior to June 25, 2010 will be
charged an administrative fee of $50.00. This administrative fee
will be deducted from the payment prior to reimbursement of the
remaining funds. Reimbursements will not be allowed on
cancellations received after June 25, 2010.
