Jim Mullen - Company Records Specialist, Spirit AeroSystems, Inc.
Jim has over 18 years of experience in records and information management. He has been a member of ARMA International since 1998. Jim received his Masters Degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon, where he also started his career in Records & Information Management working as an Archival Specialist.

Peggy Nikkel, Records Management Administrator, Underground Vaults & Storage
Peggy has worked in the records management field for 39 years. Currently, she is responsible for all Records Management activities with UV&S. These include Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, procedures manual for records center operations; Forms Management, Records Retention, and the elusive email and e-records. She worked closely with consultants in the development and implementation of software for computerizing UV&S' Record Centers operations. Peggy has been a member of ARMA since 1985, serving in all officer positions of the previous and current local Wichita chapter. She has also served at the International level on the International Program Committee for 4 years, the Glossary Task Force and currently on the Contracted Destruction of Records Task Force.
She also teaches EMT classes at Hutchinson Community College and CPR/1st Aid in the community.

Secretary - Jaclyn McCaleb
Jaclyn McCaleb is a Records Supervisor for the law firm of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP (SMH). As one of the nation’s largest law firms, SMH has legal roots dating back more than a century and experience in more than 45 practice areas. Jaclyn has worked in the legal profession for 9 years, 6 years in records and information management with SMH. She oversees the daily activities and special projects in the records department for the Wichita office.
Born and raised in Kansas, Jaclyn resides in Wichita with her family, enjoys reading and running and gives back to her community any way that she can.

Monika is a Project Manager for Fidelity Bank. She is currently heading up the implementation of Fidelity’s RIM Project. Monika has been in banking for 23 years, and has been working with Records and Information Management for the past 4 years. Some of her current project work has come in the area of imaging solutions. She has been a member of the Central Kansas Chapter of ARMA for the past 3 years.

Webmaster - Michael Schnier
Michael currently works in the Koch Industries, Inc. Compliance Department as a Compliance Analyst. In addition to his compliance role, he is also the KII Record Center Manager and the Records Manager for Koch Discontinued Operations. Michael has been in the Records and Information Management Industry for 9 years. His experience ranges from legacy projects (inheriting volumes of records with little or no indexing) to IT related RIM Projects (ERMS systems, Software Licensing, Data Privacy, Database Retention). Michael has been a member of ARMA International for 3 years.
